| Weddng Package Rates |
$3,000 for the house and barn for the week or $1,500 for 24 hours. You are welcome to use the tables and chairs, tablecloths, china, flatware, coolers, bar-b-ques, and other supplies that we have on hand. We are always adding to our supply so be sure to ask us what is available.
Cleanup Policy: You are expected to leave the premises relatively neat and clean, with all garbage in plastic bags. For an additional charge of $30 an hour, we can make arrangements to have this done for you. |
Tax Accommodations tax of seven percent will be added to the rental rate.
Security/damage deposit $500 - refunded within ten days of departure, minus any expenses for excessive garbage removal, damage, etc. |
